Crama Delta Dunarii. Along the Danube Delta, a UNESCO World Heritage ecosystem and the protected area with the highest biodiversity in Europe,

where nature expresses itself almost magically, a great wine project with romantic features has begun. As those who founded this company say: “first of all comes the idea of ethical investment.”

The vine is replanted, and with it, life.

It’s hard to imagine and even harder to believe, but here they really cultivate on horseback, among free-ranging sheep and geese in the estate. Here, they don’t just talk about ‘organic farming’ for show, they practice it!

Their natural wines are rare and precious: Babeasca Neagra, fine and elegant, vinified in red and rosé; Feteasca Regala, another Romanian native, fresh and fragrant, fruity and savory, in both white and orange versions.

In Somova Jud. Tulcea, the union between human beings, the vine, and the landscape has reached a unique balance in the world, and here the great Romanian winemaking tradition is revived with a touch of Italian craftsmanship.
