From north to south.

Friuli is a small compendium of the universe, alpine, flat, and lagoon-like in sixty miles from north to south,” as described by Ippolito Nievo in “Confessions of an Italian.”

Well, in a strongly identity-driven territory like that of the Colli Orientali del Friuli and particularly Prepotto, historically dedicated to winemaking since Roman times when the Roman Empire ruled the world, a new identity has emerged here, distinct and robust as the winemaker’s firm handshake.

Daniele Lenuzza is young, but in just a few years, he has achieved what many do not even after decades of work. Remember his name; in his winery, the future of Italian winemaking is being shaped.

Four concrete containers for four native grape varieties produce an extraordinary Schioppettino, a Ribolla Gialla, a Friulano, and a Malvasia, truly unforgettable.
